Email services must not be used for:
- Spam
- Unsolicited bulk email
- Purchased mailing lists
- Phishing
- Fraudulent communications

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer services are subject to the requirements and policies of applicable registrars and domain registries.
Customers are responsible for checking domain spelling, maintaining accurate registration information, monitoring expiry dates, and completing renewal payments within the required time.

This may include loss of revenue, profit, business opportunities, data, reputation, website traffic, or customer enquiries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
